Can I participate as a private individual?
Our programs are primarily aimed at companies, board members and managers with budget responsibility. For private concerns, we recommend our „Personal Coaching„.
Is there a certificate?
You will not receive a „certificate of attendance“, but proof of competence from a Institute, which is managed by ex-DAX board members. That carries weight in the economy.
Do the corporate training courses and seminars take place in Frankfurt or online?
For the „Boardroom Programs“ we prefer the presence in Frankfurt (Executive Center) to ensure confidential exchange. Hybrid solutions are possible for international teams.
What do corporate training courses and seminars in Frankfurt cost?
The investment depends on the number of participants, duration and degree of individualization. A one-day seminar for 8-12 participants starts at around €3,500 net. Multi-part programs with Personnel development modules and follow-up coaching are calculated individually. We always offer a free consultation in advance.
What methods do you use in your training courses?
We work with a mix of methods consisting of systemic coaching, experience-based learning and evidence-based coaching methods. These include LINC Personality Profiler, simulation games, peer counseling and Systemic constellation work.
Do you also offer training for international teams?
Yes, we offer training in German and English. For intercultural teams we integrate modules on cultural intelligence and global Leadership development.
How do you measure the success of a training course?
We use a three-stage evaluation approach: immediate participant feedback, 360-degree surveys after 6 weeks and Business KPI tracking after 3 months. Optionally, we accompany the transfer with Supervision units and Mental coaching.
