Does the price increase with the quality?

Generally speaking, it is likely that a more expensive coaching can offer coaches a deeper wealth of experience in working with people, but also a higher level of expertise. Both are necessary to get a satisfactory result.

Can I also coach myself?

The question of whether you can coach yourself can definitely be answered with yes. However, this is not effective for every character.
