Coaching has a different value for everyone and can bring about major changes in a person's life. The only conclusion that can be drawn from this is that everyone has a unique experience and must decide for themselves what value coaching has for them.
Does the price increase with the quality?
Generally speaking, it is likely that a more expensive coaching coach can offer a deeper wealth of experience in working with people, but also a higher level of expertise. Both are necessary to achieve a satisfactory result.

Can I also coach myself?
The question of whether you can coach yourself can definitely be answered in the affirmative. However, this is not a goal-oriented approach for every character.
