How does executive coaching work?

Executive coaching begins with a free initial meeting in which goals and expectations are clarified. This is followed by an individual matching session with the right coach from our team of 35 experts. The coaching sessions usually take place every two to four weeks - either in person in Frankfurt am Main or online. The duration of a coaching process is typically 6 to 12 sessions.

What does executive coaching in Frankfurt cost?

The cost of executive coaching ranges from 200 to 350 euros per hour, depending on the experience of the coach and the format chosen. Our institute offers transparent pricing models with no hidden costs. Many companies cover the costs of coaching as a personnel development measure. A non-binding initial consultation is free of charge.

How can you recognize a qualified executive coach?

A qualified executive coach has certified coaching training (e.g. DCV or ICF), many years of management experience and verifiable references. Make sure they belong to an association, are regularly supervised and have a scientifically sound approach. Do you also offer coaching for middle management?
