Can I also book appointments in the evening or at the weekend?
Yes, our executive coaches know that your calendar is dictated from 9am to 6pm. We offer slots from 06:30 and until 22:00 as well as at weekends.
Is coaching purely digital or hybrid?
We often recommend a hybrid model: the kick-off in person in Frankfurt (or at your premises), the follow-ups efficiently digital.
Is online coaching as effective as an in-person appointment?
Yes. They work with the same senior coaches and methods as on-site – the effectiveness is equivalent in video format, often with a higher frequency because travel time is eliminated.
What technology do I need for online coaching?
A laptop or tablet with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection is all you need. You will receive the video link in advance via email – installation is usually not required.
How much does online coaching cost?
The investment depends on the format and scope. An initial consultation is free and without obligation; afterwards, you will receive a transparent offer tailored to your goals. Many companies cover the costs as a personnel development measure.
Do you also offer online coaching in English?
