We use this time to understand your situation, identify relevant coaching objectives and gain an initial impression of the potential collaboration. Is the initial consultation really free of charge?
Yes, the initial consultation is non-binding and free of charge. It serves to get to know your situation, understand your goals and check whether coaching is the right path for you. Only then do you decide whether you would like to start a mandate.
Where do the coaching sessions take place?
Our offices are located in Frankfurt am Main (Wolfsgangsstraße 116, 60322 Frankfurt). Alternatively, we offer coaching via video call. For clients outside Frankfurt, a hybrid format is also possible - intensive on-site sessions combined with virtual sparring.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
As a rule, we can offer an initial consultation within 3 to 5 working days. Our Executive Line (+49 174 1614 254) is available for urgent matters. Regular coaching sessions are arranged individually after the initial meeting.
Can I also book coaching for my managers as a company?
Yes, we work with both individuals and companies. For corporate mandates, we offer special framework agreements, volume packages and structured executive development programs. Talk to us about your requirements.
Which languages are offered in coaching?
Our coaches work in German and English. For international teams and managers, we offer coaching entirely in English. Individual coaches in our network also speak French, Spanish or Portuguese.
How confidential is the coaching?
Absolute confidentiality is the basis of our work. All coaches are subject to a strict confidentiality agreement. The content of the coaching sessions is never passed on to third parties - not even to the employer, even if they are funding the coaching.
