Step 1: The diagnosis (free strategy meeting)
In a 30-minute call, we analyze your initial situation. We clarify whether you need political sparring for the generational change in medium-sized companies or whether you need to adapt your management in the automotive plant (e.g. Baunatal).
Step 2: Expert matching
No theorists, no „fancy-pants consultants“. You will be matched with an expert from our 35-member board who knows the hard industry reality and corporate policy from their own C-level experience.
