What does coaching cost? Our approach is transparent pricing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The costs for coaching can vary depending on the type of Coaching<\/a>, Location, experience, and qualifications of the coach, as well as the duration and frequency of sessions, vary. Generally speaking, however, the cost of individual coaching in Germany can range from \u20ac80 to \u20ac700 per hour. Some coaches, however, charge more or less.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group coaching sessions may have different prices depending on the size of the group and the duration of the coaching.

Some coaches also offer packages that include multiple sessions, which are often cheaper than individual sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, it is important to note that coaching costs often have to be borne by the clients themselves, as many health insurance companies in Germany do not cover coaching expenses. It is therefore advisable to discuss and clarify the costs with the coach before starting the coaching process.,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scientific foundations of our coaching approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our coaching approach is based on three scientifically validated pillars: systemic therapy according to Watzlawick and Satir, solution-focused brief therapy according to Steve de Shazer, and positive psychology according to Martin Seligman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This combination allows us to understand both the individual thought and behavior patterns of our clients and to consider the systemic interactions in the professional and private context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All our coaches hold at least two certifications \u2013 from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the German Federal Association for Coaching (DBVC). Furthermore, many of our coaches possess additional qualifications in neuromanagement, organizational development, or clinical psychology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The actual work takes place in regular 60- to 90-minute sessions \u2013 either in our offices in Frankfurt am Main or in a hybrid format via video. Between sessions, you will receive reflection exercises to ensure the transfer of the material into your everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the autonomous coaching approach?<\/h3>\n
\n\n

The autonomous method is based on the constructivist idea that people perceive and construct the relationships within their domestic system from within and can bring about desired changes freely, i.e., autonomously. Clients are free problem solvers. With this strategy, the responsibility for the outcome lies with the client. <\/p>\n

The coachee bears process responsibility. The coach observes and formulates hypotheses about the coachee's life. Subsequently, the coach encourages self-reflection through comments, systemic questions, or Socratic dialogues, without judging or influencing the coachee.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What is the authoritarian coaching approach?<\/h3>\n
\n\n

Authoritative trainers diagnose and prescribe. The instructor must be able to diagnose. He is responsible for the outcome as he controls the path of the response. This method uses the techniques of contract counseling and NLP.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
