This is how your personnel development program is created<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Needs analysis with the HR department and management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We clarify which strategic goals the program should support, which target groups are affected, and how you want to measure success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Program design<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

3. Matching the coaches<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

4. Implementation, transfer and evaluation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

During the program, we report to the HR department on progress and participation in an agreed-upon format \u2013 never on confidential content of individual coaching sessions. At the end, an evaluation is conducted against the goals set at the beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
