Google Ads<\/strong>
Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We use the "Complianz" consent tool from Complianz BV (Netherlands) to obtain, manage, and document your consent to cookies and external services. The tool runs on our own server; no data is transmitted to Complianz. Your selection is stored in cookies with the prefix "cmplz_" in your browser (storage period: 365 days). The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Article 7(1) GDPR (proof of consent) and Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Google Tag Manager<\/strong>
We use Google Tag Manager from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use it to manage the tags integrated into our website, in particular Google Analytics. After activation, your IP address and information about your device will be transmitted to YouTube and\/or Google, possibly also to the USA (certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Google Maps<\/strong>
On our contact page, we embed maps from the Google Maps service (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). To book an initial consultation, we link to the service Calendly (Calendly, LLC, 115 E Main St., Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA). Calendly is not embedded in our website; you will only be redirected to the Calendly website when you click the booking link. The data you enter there (e.g., name, email address, desired appointment date, and, if applicable, your request) will be processed for scheduling and conducting the appointment. General Terms and Conditions - Ihr Coaching Institut - Status: 06.07.2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. scope of application<\/strong>
(1) These GTC apply to all contracts for coaching services, seminars and online courses concluded between you (consumer or entrepreneur) and Ihr Coaching Institut - hereinafter referred to as \u201eProvider\u201c.
(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 Contractual partner and object of performance<\/strong>
(1) The contractual partner is Ihr Coaching Institut, represented by Tim S. Tabrizi, Oeder Weg 34, 60318 Frankfurt.
(2) The content of the contract is the coaching and seminar services described in the online offer. Details can be found in the respective service description on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. conclusion of contract<\/strong>
(1) The presentation of the services on the website does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to the customer to submit an offer.
(2) The customer submits a binding offer by completing and sending the online registration form.
(3) The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation or invoice in text form (e.g. by e-mail).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Prices and terms of payment<\/strong>
(1) The prices stated on the offer at the time of the order plus the respective statutory VAT shall apply.
(2) Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due without deduction within 10 days of the invoice date.
