Wellness coaching process:

Wellness coaching usually includes several sessions that are arranged individually.

In the first Meeting An initial consultation takes place in which the coach gets to know the client's goals and wishes.

In the following sessions, the individual topic areas of wellness coaching will be addressed.

The coach works with the client to develop solutions and put them into practice.

Methods in wellness coaching:
