Mental coaching is professional support in which a coach helps individuals improve their mental strength, thinking patterns and emotional skills. Coaching focuses on the mental side of personal growth and performance. The coach works closely with the client to identify hindering thought patterns, resolve mental blocks and enable positive changes in thinking and behavior. Through targeted techniques and exercises, mental resources are strengthened, self-confidence is built and mental resilience is developed. The aim of mental coaching is to increase individual performance, manage stress, achieve goals and improve general well-being.
