Health coaching refers to professional support in which a coach helps individuals achieve their health goals and develop a healthy lifestyle. Coaching focuses on various aspects of health such as nutrition, exercise, stress management and sleep. The coach works closely with the client to understand their individual needs and goals. Through targeted guidance, motivation and ongoing support, the coach helps the client develop healthy habits, overcome obstacles and achieve sustainable change. Health coaching aims to improve well-being, promote health and enable clients to care for themselves in the long term.
