A coaching education refers to a structured program or course that enables individuals to work as a professional coach. In a coaching training, participants learn basic coaching principles, techniques and skills. The training usually includes theoretical knowledge of coaching models and concepts as well as practical exercises, role plays and feedback sessions. The aim of the coaching training is to give participants the knowledge, skills and self-confidence they need to work successfully as professional coaches and to effectively support their clients.
