Definition: AVGS Coaching refers to coaching services that can be funded with an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) from the employment agency or job center. This voucher enables job seekers and those threatened by unemployment to access professional support in their job search, career orientation, or personal development.
relevance to coaching: As a Coach With an approval for AVGS measures, you can support clients who hold this voucher. AVGS coaching aims to strengthen the individual skills and potential of clients, optimize their application strategies, and Objectives to clarify and overcome obstacles on the path to (re-)integration into the labor market. It can also support the stabilization of employment.
Important note: In order to coach AVGS-eligible clients, you as a provider require appropriate authorization in accordance with Section 176 SGB III.
